The Foundation Course is a standalone program for anyone interested in Montessori education—teachers, educational assistants, parents, and students alike. It introduces the core Montessori philosophy, methods, the Prepared Environment, and Montessori materials, providing a solid grounding in Montessori principles.
The course combines online self-learning with bi-weekly sessions, plus assignments, totaling 40 hours over 3 months. Topics include Montessori’s View of the Child, Classroom Observation, Philosophical Foundations, Pedagogy, the Prepared Environment, and an introduction to Curriculum and Materials.
Participants who complete all sessions and assignments receive a Certificate of Attendance, which is required to enroll in the Elementary I–II program.
New cohort is open for November 2025. Click here for more information and registration.
